We will pick you up from any point in Uyuni at 10:30am to start our tour (in case you are in Tupiza, we will depart at 7:00am). Just 10 minutes from Uyuni is located Cementerio de trenes<\/strong>, where you will see a lot of ancient trains. Then, we will travel to Colchani<\/strong>, the village where the salt is processed and where you will find some salt handicrafts and some clothes made of llama wool. After 20 minutes of driving on the salt flat, we will arrive to Escaleras de Sal<\/strong> (salt staircase), where you will see some salt blocks. Close to this place we will find Ojos del Salar <\/strong>and Montones de Sal.\u00a0<\/strong>Around 13:00 we will arrive to the first salt hotel (now it is a museum), which is approximately in the middle of the salt flat, here we will have our lunch. After that, we will drive a little more to find a perfect place for the famous crazy photos in the Uyuni salt flat, we will spend around 1 hour taking this photos. During the afternoon, we will visit Isla Incahuasi,<\/strong> where you will find the giant cactus (this island is visit only during dry season). At the end of the afternoon, we will drive close to the border to appreciate a nice sunset in the amazing Salar de Uyuni.\u00a0<\/strong>Finally, we will go to our Salt Accommodation to spend the first night.<\/p>

Note 1:<\/span><\/strong> During rainy season (normally from January to April), if the salt flat has a lot of water, we can not stay in Villa Candelaria. From Anaconda, we will go to Uyuni or Colchani to stay there.

We will depart from accommodation around 07:30, we will cross small towns like Julaca and Alota<\/strong>, after that you will arrive to Laguna Turquiri or Laguna Negra<\/strong>, here you will be able to see andean black ducks. Then we will continue traveling and arrive to Laguna Kara and Laguna Kachi<\/strong>, 2 beautiful andean lagoons. Then, we will drive for some time and arrive to Desierto de Siloli<\/strong>, where we will see a nice combination of colors in the mountains, before we arrive to \u00c1rbol de Piedra<\/strong>, (Stone Tree), here you will find many rocks formations. Around 15:00 – 16:00, we will arrive to Laguna Colorada<\/strong>, here we will spend around 1 hours to walk around the lagoon and see the flamingoes. Early in the morning, we will go to see the sunrise at the Geysers and Fumarolas<\/strong> and then we ill drive to Polques<\/strong>, where the hot springs are located, here you will be able to swim for a while. Then, we will drive for 15 min to arrive to Desierto de Dal\u00ed<\/b>, a place with mountains of surrealist colors, reminiscent of the photos of Salvador Dal\u00ed and rock formations of petrified lava. Then we will visit Laguna Verde<\/b> (4250 m.a.s.l.), which presents an emerald green coloration due to arsenic and magnesium content in its waters. It is located at the feet of Volcano Licancabur (5868m), which represents the border between Chile and Bolivia.
